When I paint, write,
I often feel as though I have been away for an entire day.
So much has happened in my inner world. Colours have changed.

The Quiet Protagonists

Every place has its protagonists.
That central object that everyone comes to look at.
Most people look for the obvious ones.

The famous building.
The celebrated painting.
The postcard vie

Even though she was in Italy,
She had been realising over time that while she was wondering she drifted off to the starfilled skies of Morocco.
Her wondering was-
why wandering and wondering were only one vowel apart.

To her, indeed, they were on

As long as she could remember, there was something about wide, open views that felt…

calming,
liberating.

Standing still and observing,
sketching subtle lines onto paper,
capturing only the essence.
